Brig.Gen. Shafaat Ahmad was commissioned in the Pakistan Army in April 1968 and retired as a Brigadier General in February 1993. He attended Staff Course at Defence Services Command and Staff College, Mirpur and National Defence Course at National Defence College in Pakistan. He did his M Phil and PhD from Bangladesh University of Professionals.
Previously, he completed an internship at the Foreign Service Academy (FSA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh. Minhaz holds both a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree with a specialization in South Asian Studies from the University of Dhaka.
Syeda Noshin Sharmily completed her Bachelor's and Master's in International Relations from University of Dhaka. She is also the recipient of general scholarship for her outstanding result in her Bachelor's program. Before joining FSDS, she worked as a project coordinator for the ed-tech platform MasterCourse.
